What would happen if we came together and understood each other to resolve the things that separate us instead of focusing our viewpoint on other people?

Would we be able to grow along with the person we are in conflict with? Is there any risk to doing this?

When we focus on goodness, our conflicts are resolved faster than pushing through & forcing our way.
